1. Rental requirements
- The driver must hold a valid driving licence issued at least one year before the rental date.
- Minimum driver age is 21 for economy and standard cars, 23 for premium cars and 25 for luxury cars and vans.
- A valid ID or passport and a credit or debit card in the main driver’s name are required at pick-up.
2. Prices and what is included
- All published prices are per day and include VAT, basic protection, unlimited kilometers and 24/7 roadside assistance.
- A rental day is 24 hours from the agreed pick-up time. A delay of more than 59 minutes may be charged as an extra day.
- Fuel policy is same-to-same: the car is returned with the same fuel level it was collected with.
3. Security deposit
A refundable security deposit is blocked on the driver’s card at pick-up. The amount depends on the vehicle category and is shown on each car. The deposit is released after the car is returned undamaged and with no pending fines.
4. Cancellation
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the pick-up time.
- Cancellations inside 24 hours, or no-shows, may be charged one rental day.
5. Use of the vehicle
- The vehicle may only be driven by drivers named in the rental agreement.
- Driving outside Albania requires written permission and a green card issued in advance.
- Smoking inside the vehicle, off-road driving, towing and subletting are not permitted.
6. Damage and traffic fines
Damage caused by breach of these terms, by driving under the influence, or by a driver not named in the agreement is not covered by any protection plan. Traffic fines issued during the rental period remain the responsibility of the renter.
